• Only list assets you own or have permission to sell or transfer, and that are suitable for resale or continued business use.
• Use BizClear for legitimate business purposes only.
• Respect other users and communicate professionally.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including waste transfer and environmental regulations.
• Do not list items as Free to Collect if they are waste; Free to Collect is for reusable business assets only.
• Honour the contracts you sign through the platform.

You must not

• List stolen, counterfeit, illegal or hazardous items prohibited by law.
• Misrepresent items, prices, ownership or your business identity.
• Harass, threaten or defraud other users, or send unsolicited spam.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Interfere with the platform, introduce malware, or scrape data at scale.
• Use BizClear to circumvent verification or facilitate prohibited activity.

Enforcement

Violations may result in listing removal, loss of verification, account suspension, or permanent removal from BizClear. Serious or illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
