How long we keep your information and how to remove it.

How long we keep data
- Account and profile data is retained while your account is active.
- Active listings are kept until withdrawn or sold; archived listings may be retained for record-keeping.
- Messages and enquiries are retained for the life of the related transaction and a reasonable period after.
- Completed contracts and transfer records are retained where legally required to maintain transaction history.
- Verification documents are retained only as long as needed to support verification and audit.
- Security and audit logs are retained for a limited period to protect the platform.
Deleting your account
You can request permanent deletion of your account at any time from Settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Some information, such as completed contracts, may be retained where legally required or necessary to maintain transaction records.
What happens after deletion
- Your personal account data is removed from active systems.
- Public listings are withdrawn from the marketplace.
- You will be signed out and unable to log in with those credentials.
- Retained transaction records are kept securely and only where required.
